Stages

A ministry to international students grows through various stages. Although details may vary from location to location, experience has shown that building a good foundation within one phase of ministry helps the next stage grow strong and vibrant. RI is recommending a particular "flow" of ministry that is based on these stages:

Connecting with them relationally
Reaching them for Jesus Christ
Coaching them in their faith
Empowering them to reach others

Ministries can develop into "movements" when strong spiritual and leadership ingredients are in place. The "Building Movements" section provides an overview of how these ingredients work together.
